What counts as an update request?

Most day-to-day changes — text edits, new photos, small layout tweaks, adding a page — count as an update. On Presence and Authority those are covered under your monthly plan; on Launch they're billed as-needed. Bigger rebuilds or new features are scoped separately either way.

How many updates do I get?

It depends on your Website package — Launch doesn't include ongoing edits, Presence includes monthly edits and updates, and Authority includes unlimited monthly edits with priority turnaround. Anything urgent gets prioritized regardless of plan.

Can you manage a site you didn't build?

In most cases, yes — we can take over updates and backups for an existing site. We'll take a quick look first to confirm it's a good fit.
