About

Hi, I'm Jake — the person you'll actually be working with.

This started with video games, not websites. As a kid, I got curious enough to run my own game servers — which meant teaching myself hosting, server setup, basic web development, and how to troubleshoot when things broke. That curiosity turned into a habit, and the habit turned into a career. By 2013 I was building real websites, and it grew from there into automation, AI, and the kind of business systems I build today.

How I got here

Loqify started the way most good businesses do — through people who trusted me. Friends and family saw what I was building and started referring me to businesses that needed help. Those referrals turned into paid work, and the paid work turned into Loqify. Along the way I've also worked full-time inside companies doing this same kind of work, so I've seen it from both sides: as an outside partner and as part of the team.

How I work

I stay closely involved in every project — I have people who help when needed, but I don't disappear for weeks and reappear with a finished product. You'll be talking to the person actually doing the work, not passed between account managers. I build around how your business actually operates, not a one-size-fits-all template, and I care as much about keeping you in the loop as I do about the technical work itself.

What I actually do

I don't just build websites — I build the systems around them: AI chatbots, AI phone assistants, business and CRM automation, calendar and workflow integrations, SEO fundamentals, and the software integrations that tie it all together. I'd rather ship something practical that solves a real problem than something trendy that looks good in a demo.

Recent work includes building AI receptionist and scheduling systems for automotive repair shops — the kind of project that needs real workflow and integration planning, not just a chatbot bolted onto a website.

Why people stick around

I don't have published testimonials up yet, but the pattern with clients is consistent: they come back. Usually because the work holds up, communication stays clear throughout, and it's easy to just pick up the phone and talk to me directly. I'd rather be the person a business calls whenever they need something next than someone who builds a site once and disappears.

Let's talk about what you actually need.
